***UPDATE***

Found a picture where it shows better the bone-painted stocking on my leg
*******************

This is me with my version of the Corpse Bride herself!

Category: Character Based

Made:
- the top
- the skirt
- the veil
- wedding gloves

Bought:
- blue stockings
- black stockings
- blue roses of some kind of strange material
- blue makeup
- blue hairspray

Altered:
- black stockings (painted the bones, sew one of them to make fingers)
- blue roses (made them smaller and attatched them to the veil)

- Borrowed white shoes from a great friend of mine

Long Description:
I made the dress myself, The veil and "skirt" part were made from cloth of some old curtains, to give an old look. (they were a bit messy, so to me it was perfect) I made some rips in the end of the skirt too, to make it look more torn. The top part was made from a different kind of cloth, light blue to be different from the skirt, with little beads imitating pearls on top and below. I made also a little hole on the side to sew below it a piece of cloth on wich I painted some ribs with white and black gouache. I was wearing light blue stockings, with a single black stocking on the right leg with leg bones painted on it with white gouache and a light blue sock over it. The shoes of course were used shoes. The roses on the veil were bought but then modified to be smaller and separated (they were attached), then mounted together in the arc of the veil that I made with some wire. I made the veil from the remaining cloth of the skirt, ripping it apart in the edges to resemble the real one and made some arabesks on the cloth with a black colouring pencil. I myself made the boucket with dead flowers and blue paper. The black single stocking you see on my left arm I cut and sewed to make fingers, like a glove, on wich I painted with gouache the arm and hand bones, as well as the ring, with yellow gouache. The actual wedding "gloves" were made out from the same cloth of the top, and ripped too to make an old and torn effect. I sprayed my hair with blue spray and my face, neck, right arm and chest with blue cream makeup.
That's about it, I guess...
